my front end makes a clunking sound on my drivers side whenver I hit a bump,
-the vehicle does not appear to be pulling to one side
-when i jacked the single offending tire off the ground there was some
slight play (1/4 to less than 1/2 inch) from side to side, but everything
seemed tight with the steering linkage.
- i stuck a rod under the tire (90deg.)and pulled up a couple times to
simulate bumps but no noise or movement appeared
replaced a (drivers side)bushing on the suspension arm at a garage last
year. the rubber/plastic peice right under my brake pedal so that arm doesnt
rattle around.
-doesnt interfere with safe operation just drives me bonkers, seems to have
gotten worse in the last couple months
any suggestions?
thanks
