90 Mercury Cougar digital dashboard lights/radio won't work

I inherited this car, put in a new battery and cellenoid. i've checked all
the fuses, the digital dashboard does not work the radio doesn't work
either. Any suggestions?, i read some of the previous postings on
dashboard out and see someone suggested replacing the ignition switch. Any
other thoughts?

Try looking under hood. There is another fuss box near the battery. Inside
there is a fuss marked "Memory" check it and replace if it is burn't. My 89'
had no working dashboard and that is what fixed it. Digital dash that
is........
