Post subject: 89 DODGE SHADOW-- REPLACE TIMING BELT PROCEDURE AND TIMING?

What is the procedure to replace the timing belt and then to set timing?
Just looking at the engine, it looks like the alternator and passenger side engine mount have to be removed to get started... This is the first timing belt I have replaced... how do I set the tension on the tension wheel?
