What is so different with the "speedometer" of the gas models?
Or do you need everything......like the entire cluster?
I vote if you only need a speedo............just change the speedo or repair
yours! Wink

i don't know if there is a difference between the gas and the diesel
models. but i do need the whole cluster. the reason i need it is
actually because the odometers bad because of a worn out gear. i just
figured it would be easier to find the cluster then it would that one
gear. but i may find something that will work for it. thanks for the
reply.

Odometer problem huh?
You can probably find the gear. Maybe even a metal one too.
Here is one write-up here
http://www.garageprosoftware.com/scirocco/tech_odometer.htm

I have found some of those plastic gears with cracks in them, so a new one
is required.
