| I'm going to go look at a 60 Lark 4 door on sat morning. Is there any area I
should look for rust or any other problems? The guy said its in real nice
shape, but I want to do a real close inspection. If anyone can tell me which
spots are prone to rust or other problems, I would appreciate any info I can
get.
Thanks

Bottom of doglegs (rear doors), bottom of middle posts, bottom of front
door posts where the floor starts to angle up into the firewall.....
check the back seat to see if there is any water damage that would
indicate the rear window leaking in the corners - and look for bubbles
on the bottom corners of doors! Also check the trunk.
Good Luck and Happy Hunting!

Check the rear edge of the front fenders (obviously), but also the
"eyebrow" area over the headlamps. The larks tend to throw dirt up
there on that little ledge where the fenders bolt to the front sheet
metal grille section. Also check the frame for cracking around the
spring tower area >> Stay informed about: 60 Lark |

Sorry, can't help you there, I only have the two and have been in the
hobby for less than 2 years... there are many guys on the group who
could give you a better idea than I.
