What is the most I should offer for this 57 chevy 2dr hardtop that is
gutted and has sat outside for 25 years?

Others with direct experience will surely comment. You have not really
provided any information to go on. It could be worth almost nothing.
Restoring it would be starting from scratch and finding all the parts.
You'd put in more than it would be worth. So it's basically a "parts
car". They have prices on antique sites for this category.

If there is something unusual about it such as an early VIN or fuel
injection or whatever, then is has more potential value as a piece.
And if it sat in Arizona for 25 years and all the metal is straight
and un-rusted, it has value.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Best thing to do is to take some pics of the car, post them on one of the
free
photo album web sites, and tell us the link so we can all have a look at it.
THEN
everyone will put in their 2 cents worth.
Try posting on alt.autos.camaro and alt.autos.camaro.firebird, some
extremely
knowledgable chevy people lurk there, they have helped me several times--
