Post subject: BMW 525I 2001- BRAKES CHANGES AND SENSOR EFFICIENCY

Folks,
I have a 525i, 2001 with 49k on it. I had to get front brakes (pads and rotors) changed last year (37K). The rear brake sesnor wearing indicator light has still not come up but I can feel the delay when I brake. I have about 50% highway miles and 50% city.
I was wondering if you guys have had any expereince withthe sensor efficiency. I know there are only two sensor instead of four and was wondering what your expereince had been?
