hi guys after some help again. yesterday after a 400 mile trip the temp started to get hot 100 ish.
pulled over to notice that the engine fans both were on but only running slowly. unplugged the bitron sensor , brown plug on thermostat housing and they came on at full speed. this is while the car was running. plugged it back on and the reverted back to half speed. with or without the aircon on. any idea,s guys. what controls fan speeds. car is a 98 406 2.0 bi-fuel. 230 000 miles. bernie.
