Any one done this Porsche 911 (901/915 trans) conversion to
get tougher trans and 5 spd? Couple good articles online.
They all have you modifying the floor plan to move engine 1"
forward. Would seem in kit car this wouldn't be necessary
since so what if engine sits back 1" --- or is it to align
the axels up? Links:
