google is your friend...

You want a cam with as much low end torque as possible. Something
designed for motor homes or larger trucks. Even with 4.11 gears,
them's big tires, that truck weighs a lot and you'll need as much
torque as you can get.

Also what are the gear ratios in the transmission?

yea i no wat ur sayin man...as for the gear ratio in the tranny here
is what i found:
1st - 6.55 NS
2nd - 3.58
3rd - 1.57
4th - 1.0
R - 6.54

it has an rv cam in it now but it aint enuff...plus i want a sum lope
to it haha...i have the heads pulled now to rebuild them and i figured
that while i have her apart i should go ahead and do the cam now...But
i also need her to have a little bit of top end for daily driving and
once ina blue moon i needa take her out on the highway cruisin at only
bout 60..if im lucky haha im def. thinkin bout the x-treme 4x4 from
comp it seems ideal for me....thanks

If it is not enough, then a bigger engine is next, not a different
cam.

>plus i want a sum lope

You want this truck to run well, or 'sound good'? If sound good, get a
recording of somethign you like, and play that... If an RV cam is not
hacking it, then nothing else is going to be better...

I'm a *big* 6.5 fan, so I will be honest and say if the 6.5 runs well,
with 85K then $800 is a major deal.

I'm not sure it is the right engine for your application, however.
Diesels sound cool (even teh 6.5 is good sounding...) but they don't
always have the neck snapping performance that a 502 (or 572) would
have!

Realize that swappign in a diesel is not trivial...
