I bought a Cruiser that need scads of cosmetic work, but the engine and
3-speed automatic are in outstanding condition.

The tranny has a leaky seal. The engine has about 40K on the rebuild.
It does not smoke, and pulls very strong. It has the Stromberg
2-barrel.

The car is running, driving, and KIND OF stopping.

Before I spend more $ on a body style that no one wants, is there any
interest from the Group in mthe motor/tranny/drive shaft/rear end?

The car is in Tallahassee.

I might be interested in this, if you think the engine and transmission
could be fairly easily transplanted to a '57 Commander Provincial.
Also, depending on how much money you want for it. Smile

LOL! Fear of spending bucket loads of money, maybe! You will be happier
parting it out. Once again, the best thing to do is spend the money UP
FRONT! Buy the best one you can't afford because you can't afford NOT
to!
That sounds weird....but I'm leaving it anyway...
