Post subject: 2005 Element taillight replacement

Can someone provide details on how to remove/replace the taillight assembly on a 2005 Element?

Dealer wants >$400 to do the job; I can get the part for $80 at Rockauto.com, but don't want to invest in specialized tools, etc, that may be needed.

Thanks in advance.
