Post subject: 2003 Dodge Caravan parking brake.

The parking brake is working and holds the vehicle on a slope but will not
latch in.
Any ideas on how easy or difficult this to fix would be appreciated.

Sounds like teh ratchet mechanism needs to be replaced. Seems to be a
common problem on the Caravan's
