I have a 2WD 2003 Avalanche. Recently it started acting up. Specifically, it starts no problem, but when it's cold, the instrument panel cluster will not come on (i.e. no digital odometer, gauges, tach, etc...). I still have lights, radio, fan, and can drive no problem. After a few minutes a buzzer will go off and the cluster will come on. Instrument lights - 99 Silverado - New body style Where is the fuse for the instrument lights? Checked out 10A illimunation fuse in left instrument fuse panel OK. No lights in instrument panel or radio. Cant find any bad fuses anywhere. Thank you, Tim
