I just bought a 2002 Malibu and I have some questions about it
1. dose the key have a chip in it.
2. the dex-cool antifreeze can I change it to another brand
3. the cd player I make my one cd and when I play them
work the first time but when I go to play the 2 time they
do not play it says check cd. |

My 2004 key does not have a chip, so i dont think your should have one it
in. I dont think this type of veh has chips in the keys.
If you drain all the antifreeze you can replace it with any kind of
antifreeze but make sure you drain it first.
The CD player i really dont know what to tell you.

Try a CD player cleaning disc. This disc has little brushes on it to
clean the lens of the CD player. This may work. Try it, it may be a

I've found that higher-quality CD-Rs are worthwhile as well. The 'Dollar
Store' variety seem to work fine in non-mobile units, but are only about 80%
reliable in either of my cars (Track 1-2 especially)
