Both rear tires have saw-tooth, scallop wear on the inner portion of
the tires. Does this car have adjustments for rear tire alignment?
The shocks and springs are original which could also be a possible
cause. Any thoughts?

Thanks

If it is a MY2001 car, it most likely needs shock absorber replacement
and possibly an overhauling of the linkage system. The latter also
requires alignment of the wheels.

There is definitely rear wheel alignment on Saabs. I just went through
one on my wife Viggen, and the difference is amazing (seems like she
just has not been paying attention to skewed steering wheel, vibration
at speed, scalloped tire wear, and all that other staff).
