He's bringing over this weekend so I'd like to fix it for him. I have fuses, voltmeters etc so I'd just like to know what to check. I....
99 accent - well, our 99 accent has developed a stutter... it happens at lower speeds, 40 and under... any ideas? just changed my plugs a few months ago...

99 accent again - tech one other question: when I changed the plugs this summer I acidentally tore the boot part of one plug when taking it off. I sealed it, and wrapped it in electrical tape. But nothing's happend till now. Do you think there ,might be odd chance thats...
