Post subject: 2000 Pontiac Sunfire A/C Blows only on one speed...?

The A/C only blows on one speed for all. What surpises me is that it blows harder on the floor, but only a small amount of air comes into the dash vents... Any Suggestions?? Any selection on the main control switch, everything stays the same...Please Help!!
