I realize this is "picking nits" here but the engine is actually 5.967
liters which is 364 cubi inches.
Bore= 101.6 mm.
Stroke=92.0 mm.
The '04 Sierra sales brochure lists it as 364 CI. but rounds the
lters to 6.0 as manufacturers usually do.

454 is a 7.4 liter, an 6.0 liter is a 366.

1 liter = 61.0237441 cubic inches.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

It is a a member of the modular engine family that comes is sizes or 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0. The 6.0 is around 368 cubic inches as I recall (give or take) and it is not based on a big block "rat" engine (396, 427, 454 and 496/8.1) or related to it either other than by manufacturer.
