Suburban stutters! - My 95 suburban acts like it is choking, not wanting gas at the slightest movement of the peddle. Seems to want to die but finally takes off and runs normal. It has new plugs,cap and O2 sensor.

I Can't remove stabilizer bar links. the upper control arms are directly above bolt. I have jacker up upper and lower assembely. the bolt is in direct line with control arm. I Can't believe this should be this involved.
