Post subject: 1998 Crown Victoria Police Intercepter 4.7L

I have a 98 crown my problem is when driving the car kind of jerks back and forth and when i try to get on the freeway the more i push the gas the more it rides ruff and the check engine light blinks when its riding ruff also when driving sometimes at like 50MPH it feel like the car kind of slows down like i've pushed the brake.If anyone may know what i can look for to replace please let me know thanks.
