1995 Cutlass Supreme SL, please help!!!!

I have a problem with my trunk. Not to long ago I was driving and I
hit a pothole. I heard a clanking noise, but I was in the middle of
fast traffic. When I pull over several blocks away to check my car
out, I found that the panel with the silver lining that goes between
the tail lights was missing. I apparently shook completely off the
bolts (7).

The panel is composed of two parts, a top metal part with the same
color as the rest of the car and the bottom black plastic trim with a
silver lining. I think the same model car came with an all black
panel. Is there anyone out there that had the same problem that can
give me some info of how to get the needed part. Specifically, what
is
the part number.
