We have replaced the compressor, relay switch, and added new freon but it
still freezes up and kicks on econ. Any info will be appreciated.

Could have a blockage in the system.Did you replace the orffice and the drier??

99 Deville - Where is the OBD connector located on this vehicle? There is an open port that appears to be the size of an OBD II connector on the plastic panel below the steering wheel but there is nothing attached to it. Ray

1999 DeVille - I do not have an owners manual. I only have 31,000 miles but suspect I should change the coolant. Am I correct??? If yes, how much coolant does it take and is this something I could do myself. Anything special to be concerned with.
