1991 Q45 CD Changer

I am taking the best from one Q45a and adding it to a Q45. One thing I want to move is the 10 CD changer control in the center console. does anyone know if this can be done?

Since it's a dealer add-on, there should be no problem doing it. I don't
know the specifics.
