I had some one pull out in front of me the other day in a parking lot and
you know how hard it is to hit the break peddle and the clutch peddle and
not kill the vehicle... After restarting the car and completing my left
turn, it sounded like I had a flat tire (which I didn't) and now when I
excellerate, the engine seems to shake and runs a bit more rough. Is it
possible that I've possibly got my timing out since a mechanic has told me
before that the timing belt needs to be changed.

Since you report only a shake and not serious problems with acceleration or
starting/running, it is safe to say the problem you are having is not from
the timing belt. But get that belt changed *soon* (don't put it off!) or you
will have terrible problems including likely serious engine damage. It's
expensive but absolutely necessary.

The symptoms, combined with happening after a sudden stop, sound like a
broken engine mount to me. Broken engine mounts usually aren't obvious when
the engine is just sitting there.

If you are able to obtain a driver's licence, you
should be able to have care and control of your
vehicle. That includes being able to hit more than one
pedal at a time.

It may even be a damaged inner or outer CV joint.......you said you were
completing a left turn, so that would qualify the outer joint. A bad
inner CV joint will give you a shuddering feeling during acceleration
when turning and when going straight.

Check your motor mounts and tranny mounts, sudden engine vibration can be caused by a shifted/deteriorated motor mount. A bad tranny mount took out my tranny but that's another story.
