123d ipod touch probs

i have just bought a 2007 123d with an usb interface my ipod nano
works fine on it but my wifes touch doesnt and since she uses it all
the time she is doing my head in can someone tell me if there is a
diffrent lead or it just wont work pls help many thx matthew

ipod touch, iphones, and recent ipods (2008) have different pinouts
requests for their dock. old dock dont work with very recent ipods.
apple modified his docks to reflect this
dont know if bmw has/will do it for last year cars ?
must ask a bmw service point about this.
