02 Civic LX Oil Question

Hi All,

Car just passed 50K and I'd like to switch to
Mobil 1 SuperSyn. Should I go with the new 0W-20
or 5W-30?
I live in a So. Calif desert area that gets very
hot in the summer and very cold in the winter.
Also, I drive the car 120 mi. round trip a day to
work on the worst freeways in the world.

Any suggestions?
